Conneaut Area City Schools

The Conneaut City Health Department (CCHD) is holding a walk-in clinic on July 20th from 9am-4pm for any student who may need back to school immunizations. For more information please call (440) 593-3087. The Health Department is located in the Conneaut Human Resources Center at 327 Mill Street.
