Conneaut Area City Schools proudly offer a variety of healthy meal options each day to all students through the USDA National School Lunch and Breakfast Program. Our Food Service Department consists of 22 dedicated team members who work hard to ensure student meals are prepared and served with safety, sanitation, and nutrition as top priorities.
🍎 Exciting News for 2025–2026: Free Meals for All Students
We are thrilled to announce that beginning with the 2025–2026 school year, Conneaut Area City Schools will participate in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) under the USDA National School Lunch and Breakfast Program. This means all students will receive one free breakfast and one free lunch each school day — no application required!
🔄 Additional Meal & A La Carte Information
Students wishing to purchase second meals or a la carte items may be asked to return after all students have received their first meal.
A la carte offerings will be limited at the beginning of the school year.
Students are encouraged to bring a refillable water bottle and use fill stations available throughout the day to stay hydrated.
In accordance with USDA Meal Pattern Requirements, milk and juice are the included beverages.
Bottled water is available only as an a la carte item.

Create a free account to:
Add funds using a debit/credit card (note: a service fee applies).
View recent purchases.
Check balances and set up low-balance alerts.
Families may also send cash or check (payable to your school cafeteria) with students:
Be sure to include the student’s full name and student ID number on the check.
Cash given to a cashier beyond the cost of the item will be credited to the student’s lunch account — no change will be given.

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at:

from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation.
